Our platform is designed to support compliance with applicable FBR digital invoicing procedures, sales tax documentation standards, and related reporting workflows under the laws of Pakistan, including relevant provisions of tax and commercial laws as applicable to each customer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer remains solely responsible for the legal correctness, completeness, and authenticity of transactional and tax data submitted through the system, including classification, values, tax treatment, and statutory filings.
5. No Substitute for Legal or Tax Advice
Our software and support are operational and technical in nature. They do not constitute legal opinion, tax consultancy, or representation before any authority. Customers should consult qualified legal or tax professionals where required.
6. Data Access and Confidentiality
Data made available for onboarding, support, or troubleshooting is handled on a need-to-know basis with reasonable confidentiality controls. Access may be limited, monitored, or revoked for security or compliance reasons.
7. Fees, Billing, and Service Suspension
Commercial terms are governed by agreed proposals, invoices, purchase orders, or separate written agreements. Delayed or non-payment may result in service restriction or suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software methods, automation logic, workflows, branding, and related implementation assets remain the intellectual property of Tier3 Pakistan and/or its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, loss of data, or delay caused by third-party systems, internet failures, or government platform unavailability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mutually agreed dispute-resolution terms.
